A video appeared on the Internet in which a militant “DРR” confesses to war crimes during the occupation of the Kherson region.

It is known that the captured militant – Mykhaylov Vitaly Oleksandrovych, a native of the city of Ilovaisk, served in the 125th rifle regiment of the “DPR”. The militant admits that during the occupation of the Kherson region he was actively engaged in looting. In addition, he said that his “colleagues” raped minor girls.
