On the afternoon of July 21, the Russians launched a missile attack on an infrastructure object in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky district of the Odesa region. The scale of the destruction is being clarified.
Nataliya Humenyuk, spokeswoman for the Southern Defense Forces, said: “Seven missiles of different classes were fired at an infrastructure object in the Belgorod-Dniester district, the object was damaged, we will clarify the scale of the destruction. So far, there is no information about the victims.”
After shelling the port infrastructure, the Russians switched to the agricultural farms of the region.
Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa regional military administration, also confirmed the attack on the Belgorod-Dniester district. According to him, the object hit by the Russians is important. It is damaged.
Local residents are told that when an air alert is announced, it is necessary to take shelter, because the Russians will not stop and the strikes on the South will most likely continue.
At dawn on July 21, the Russian army once again attacked the Odesa region with Calibers, as a result of which the terminal, where food was stored, was hit. This is already the fourth Russian shelling of the Ukrainian South in a week. Russian missiles hit the grain terminals of one of the agricultural enterprises of Odesa region. The Russians destroyed 100 tons of peas and 20 tons of barley. Two people were also injured.
Odesa: 21 people were injured in five days of massive Russian attacks
During the period from July 17-21, as a result of Russian missile and drone attacks on the territory of Odesa region, 21 people were injured, 14 of them, including two children, were hospitalized. As reported in Odesa regional military administration, as of July 21, four people are being treated in a hospital. They are in a medium condition and receive all the necessary help. Two victims of the attack on July 21 are receiving outpatient treatment in one of the hospitals of the Odesa region.
