“At night, the enemy attacked energy infrastructure facilities in the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions with allegedly Iranian Shahed-136 attack UAVs. 10 out of 15 UAVs were intercepted.
The threat of the enemy launching missile attacks on the objects of the energy system and critical infrastructure throughout the territory of Ukraine remains in the future,” the message states.
Odesa chairman Gennadiy Trukhanov spoke about the consequences of another shelling of the city by Russian invaders. According to him, as of today, all users, except for critical infrastructure facilities, have been disconnected from the electricity supply.
Gennadiy Trukhanov stated that, despite the enemy’s attack, as a result of which all users, except for critical infrastructure facilities, were disconnected from the electricity supply, the city has water, and the boilers are also working.

“The enemy dealt another blow to the city’s infrastructure. As a result of large-scale destruction in Odesa, all consumers, except for critical infrastructure, have been disconnected from electricity.”
At the same time, he added:
“All maternity homes and medical institutions are provided with water and electricity. All “Points of Invincibility” also work. All city utilities work 24 hours a day. Specialists carry out damage elimination work. The situation is under control, although difficult.”
On December 10, the Russian occupiers shelled Sumy region again.

As noted, from 12:47 to 1:00 p.m., 10 arrivals, probably from a 120 mm mortar, were reported in the area of settlement Znob-Novgorodsk (Sumy region).
“There were no losses among military personnel and equipment. No information was received about losses among the local population or damage to civil infrastructure,” the message says.
On December 9, the Russian occupying forces continued to terrorize the border areas of the Sumy region.
The enemy inflicted fire damage using mortars and anti-aircraft missile systems. Yunakivska, Velikopysarivska and Shalyginska communities came under enemy fire.
In the afternoon, Rashists from the Russian settlement of Nikolayevo-Daryno covered the territory of the Yunakiv community with 120-mm mortars, four dozen explosions rang out. Fortunately, there were no victims or destruction.
Late in the evening, the Russian invaders launched a missile strike with one missile, probably from the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex, in the middle of one of the settlements of the Velikopysarov community. As a result of the strike, there is destruction of civil infrastructure.
The Russians shelled the Shalygin community with mortars from the area of the settlement of Krupets – 8 explosions were recorded.
Firefighters promptly extinguished the fire. In the Kupyan district of the Kharkiv region, rescuers eliminated a fire on the territory of a private home.

“A garage and a Ford passenger car were on fire on an area of 20 square meters. 2 units of fire-rescue equipment and 8 personnel of the State Emergency Service were involved in extinguishing the fire. At 08:37 the fire was contained and at 08:52 the last source of the fire was has been liquidated,” the message says.
