The enemy took aim at a residential building in the Esman region

Yesterday, the Russians struck a home of local residents in the village of Studenok, in the Esman Region.

The relevant information was made public by the daughter of the owner of the house, Maryna Bezugla. She added that the home was heavily damaged, but its residents survived.

“Today, the Russian side launched a mortar attack on the village of Studenok. The house where my mother, sister and stepfather lived was badly damaged.

Thank God everything is fine with my family, they managed to run to the shelter,” the post says.

The occupiers shelled four communities of the Sumy region

On Thursday, the Russian occupiers shelled 4 communities of the Sumy region, the press service of the regional military administration reported.

“During the day, the enemy bombarded 4 territorial communities of the region: Esmanska, Shalyginska, Seredino-Budska, and Bilopolska. 120 airstrikes were recorded,” the telegram channel said.

The Russians shelled the territory of the Esman community with mortars, 16 hits were recorded.

The Bilopolska community is also under mortar fire, 31 hits have been recorded.

In the Shalyginsk community, there was a shelling from an anti-aircraft missile system, a total of 16 hits.

On the territory of the Seredino-Budsk community, the Russians dropped 4 mines on one of the community’s villages. 3 private houses and a power line were partially destroyed. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

The occupiers randomly shelled the settlement of Vorozhba in Sumy Oblast. They hit the railway and residential buildings. Gas pipelines and electricity networks were also damaged. Local residents miraculously survived after the shelling of their house.

Four mortar attacks: Russians terrorize border communities of Chernihiv Oblast

Shelling of a border village in Chernihiv region: the prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings

The prosecutor’s office is investigating the shelling of the Chernihiv border village of Yeline. There, on February 1, four people who were hiding in the basement of a residential building died as a result of being hit by a Russian mine.

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Confirmation of shelling

The prosecutor’s office confirmed the information previously released by the regional authorities about the death of four people in Yeliny from a Russian mine.

The reason was shelling by Russian troops of a border village in the Chernihiv region.

All the dead were in the basement when the mine hit there. Shrapnel injuries were the immediate cause of death.

Criminal proceedings

Under the procedural leadership of the Koryukiv District Prosecutor’s Office of the Chernihiv Region, a criminal case was opened on the fact of shelling.

The prosecutor’s office is investigating the crime of violating the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It will be recalled that earlier the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, reported that on February 1, an enemy mine hit the basement of a private house in the settlement of Yeline Snovska of the United Territorial Community.

Four local residents were killed when a 120-mm enemy mine hit the basement of a private house. One person was also injured and was taken to the hospital.

The head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, reported that on January 25, the occupiers used a virus attack on the server of the Regional Military Administration. For security purposes, some servers have been disabled. IT experts say that this virus attack was well planned, the virus program entered the system in advance. And now it has been activated.
