The forces of the Russian Federation attacked the residential quarters of Kherson with artillery, the regional prosecutor’s office reported on the evening of September 25.
“As a result of massive shelling, three people died – two men and a woman. They were on the street,” the report says.
According to the department, two more townspeople were injured and hospitalized.
“Also, as a result of the shelling, residential buildings, shopping centers, and motor vehicles were damaged,” concluded the Kherson region prosecutor’s office.
Russian troops shell the de-occupied part of the Kherson region and the regional center almost every day. Despite the evidence and testimony, Moscow has denied a targeted attack on civilians since the start of the full-scale invasion.
