The number of dead in the destroyed 5-story building in Myrnograd has increased to 3 people: emergency and rescue work has been completed

On the morning of July 16, rescuers recovered the bodies of 2 more people. A total of 7 people were injured, 7 more were rescued by emergency personnel.

This was reported in the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.

Emergency rescue operations involved: 81 people and 20 pieces of equipment, in particular from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine — 70 personnel and 17 pieces of equipment, as well as a canine team.

“The rescue operation lasted a day and a half. The emergency workers dismantled 130 tons of building structures,” the report says.

On July 14, the Russians hit Mirnograd with 2 UMPB D-30SN guided air bombs, as a result of which the entrance of a 5-story building was destroyed, a 40-year-old woman was killed, and 7 residents were injured: 2 men aged 60 and 84 and 5 women aged 34. 40, 53, 70, 82 years old.

“At 3:30 a.m. on July 16, the bodies of a dead woman and a man were removed from the rubble. Emergency and rescue operations to search for the dead have been completed,” said the acting head of the Myrnograd City Military Administration Yuriy Tretyak.

The bodies of a 67-year-old woman and a 69-year-old man were found among the rubble of an apartment building in Myrnograd.
