In the morning of August 17, Russian troops attacked Sumy, there were casualties.

Oleksiy Drozdenko, the head of the Sumy city military administration, said: “There is a hit in the area of ​​Svobody Avenue. Many windows are damaged, many cars are on fire. All relevant services are working.”

He noted that the search for the victims is ongoing.
