The occupiers brought about 30,000 Russian civilians to Mariupol – Andryushchenko

Petro Andryushchenko, an adviser to the chairman of Mariupol, said that the occupiers are bringing thousands of Russian citizens to the city in order to replace the Ukrainian population.

According to his information, about 30,000 Russian civilians have already been brought to the temporarily occupied Mariupol.

Since the destroyed city has problems with housing, the occupation authorities are asking the residents of Mariupol to provide housing for rent to Russians.

“Instead of dealing with the resettlement of people from the ruins, they deal with the comfort of civilian occupants. Today, there are already about 30,000 civilian occupiers in the city, and their increase to 50,000 is expected by the end of the year – almost half of Mariupol residents in the city,” Andryushchenko said.

In addition, the occupiers inform the residents through the managers of the houses/quarters that they will appropriate the “unfurnished” apartments in order to house the military in them.

The homeless, as Andryushchenko explained, are those belonging to people in evacuation.

“In fact, state looting of Russia is on the march. However, the situation is worsened by the fact that they plan to evict the Mariupol residents who live there with the permission of the owners. Because it is “state property of the DNR”, and there is no warrant. This cynicism of collaborators and occupiers knows no bounds,” he added.

Invaders in Mariupol have already demolished more than 50,000 apartments – Andryushchenko

In Mariupol, invaders are massively demolishing residential buildings, more than 50,000 apartments have already been destroyed.

This was reported by Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol.

“The row houses on Bakhchivanzhia and Budivelniki streets have been turned into construction debris. The same story with Meotida and Lomizova Streets, which are close to Azovstal. In general, as of today, the occupiers have already destroyed more than 50,000 apartments of Mariupol residents through dismantling (without hostilities),” he wrote Andryushchenko.

According to him, instead, the Gauleiter of the Donetsk region promise to put 11,802 apartments into operation in two years during the acceleration of the “reconstruction of Mariupol”. That is, only 23%, or 1/5 of what was destroyed.

The adviser to the city chairman emphasized that at least 40,000 people need immediate resettlement in Mariupol. Due to the systematic dismantling of housing, they simply end up on the street.

In addition, the city already has 28,000 civilian occupiers who need somewhere to live. By the end of 2023, according to Russian plans, their number should increase to 50-60 thousand (without families), and in general – to 100-120 thousand with families.

The official believes that the invaders will build housing for them.

Russia’s aggression caused one of the biggest humanitarian disasters in Mariupol. The city was almost 90% destroyed as a result of enemy shelling. Mariupol is currently without a normal supply of electricity, water, and gas. Currently, more than 100,000 residents remain in the blocked city.

The Russians shelled Toretsk: a high-rise building was damaged

On November 22, the Russian invaders once again shelled Toretsk.

The enemy hit a residential area.

“In Toretsk, a high-rise building was directly hit, and warehouses were also damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” the report says.

Consequences of Russian shelling Chasiv Yar also suffered shelling.

“In Chasovoy Yar, two airstrikes arrived in the Skhidniy microdistrict — 2 people were wounded, 4 houses were damaged,” the military administration reported.

They claim that Chasiv Yar and Toretsk have already repeatedly come under enemy fire, and you can be sure that the Russians will not stop hitting these cities.

On November 13, school No. 7 came under fire from the Russian army in the Toretsk community. The building was heavily damaged, fortunately, there were no casualties.

In Luhansk region, the Russians are evicting people from their homes and have announced an increase in tariffs

Low utility tariffs turned out to be a temporary trump card of the occupiers

Occupiers evict people from houses in Luhansk region and collect data on empty houses. In addition, the pseudo-government announced a 10% increase in tariffs for communal services, reports Donbas24.

This was reported by the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

The Russians also mobilized almost all men under the age of 60 in the villages and towns near Dovzhansk. Yes, all the men were taken out of the Khmelnytskyi village in one day, and those who were hiding were found.

“Lower tariffs for communal services was one of the trump cards of the occupation authorities when capturing the cities, which was mainly counted on by elderly people who decided to stay. However, this gift turned out to be temporary. By the end of the month, a 10% increase in the cost of almost all services must be approved. The remnants of solvent men are also disappearing,” the administration reports.

In Starobilshchyna, invaders not only move into empty private houses, but also evict people from the settlements where they live. Also, lists are checked around the city and neighbors are asked about empty housing – in this way, the occupiers form a maneuvering fund.

In Bakhmut, the occupiers fired at the fire department, there are wounded

In Bakhmut, in Donetsk region, the occupiers hit a fire and rescue unit, as a result of which 3 civilians were injured.

This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

According to the State Emergency Service, yesterday evening, November 22, as a result of artillery fire in the city of Bakhmut, a projectile hit the facade of the 47th fire station. As a result of the shelling, the personnel were not injured, but 3 civilians were injured: men born in 1986, 1979 and 1969.

In addition, debris damaged the passenger glass of the fire truck, window openings and cladding of the 3 entrance gates of the unit building. “Rescuers provided medical aid to the injured and transported them by ambulance to a medical facility in the city of Bakhmut,” the State Emergency Service reported. It should be noted that during the day, the Russian invaders shelled 5 settlements in the Donetsk region, as a result of which 12 civilian objects were damaged, and some were killed and injured.

During the day, the Russian army attacked the cities of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, and the village of Oleksandropil. The occupiers used “Grad” multiple rocket launchers and artillery against the civilian population. As a result of the shelling, 12 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged – 9 residential buildings, a fire department, a special vehicle, and a warehouse. In addition, the occupying forces shelled Bakhmut four times during the day, killing and wounding civilians. Apartment buildings and private buildings, infrastructure facilities were destroyed.

During the past day, the Russian military killed one and wounded eight more residents of the Donetsk region.

Stench, epidemics, rapes and murders: what did the Buryats turn into ORDLO Residents of Luhansk region tell about modern life under occupation.

I’m not kidding, that’s exactly what the residents of the occupied part of the Luhansk region call the territory they still live in – “Buryat People’s Republic”. I emphasize “more”, because this is a separate topic of conversation, but it already sounds in the Occupied Regions of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts (ORDLO) still mistrust, but already fear.

Well, as you understood, today there is news from the occupation, from the districts where I once lived. I’ll start with the main thing.

Currently, the concentration of people of “Buryat” appearance in ORLO (the occupied part of Luhansk region) is so dense that local residents, let’s say, of Slavic appearance, are almost invisible, especially men.

We write “Buryats”, but in reality these are representatives of the so-called “small peoples of the Russian Far North”, they are different ethnic groups, Evenks, Buryats and others. Often, by “Buryats” people also mean Kazakhs or Kyrgyz, because of the cut in the eyes.

Buryats appear in ORDLO not for the first time. I wrote about it, researched this topic, but you know, let me remind you that despite all the evidence, even the honest recognition of the “heroes of the militia”, that is, the Buryats themselves, the local pro-Russian residents of ORDLO supported the narratives of Russian propaganda “Ikhtamnet” and denied the presence of Buryats in ORDLO.

I don’t know what guided the people of Donbass, but they always lied in unison with Russian propaganda. This is the first year when ORDLO wrote and admitted that “Buryats are being transported en masse to Sverdlovsk, Rovenki, and Luhansk.” But all the same, now in ORLO it is precisely representatives of the “peoples of the Russian far north”. They don’t speak Russian well, they smell bad, they are short, they have mongoloid faces, they don’t know how to use toilets and bathrooms. Stench, epidemics, rapes and murders: what did the Buryats turn into ORDLO.

In the hostels and hotels where they live, cleaners are being fired en masse, and this is due to a lack of work. The women cry that they have never seen such dirt as left by the Russian military, but the dirt left by the Buriats is a horror in general. For example, in the city of Sverdlovsk, where I lived before the war, the hotel on Engelsa Street stinks just a few meters away from the approach, because the military personnel living there, including Buryats, defecate directly from the windows.

And the city was again covered by an epidemic of lice and scabies. This is not the first time, and every time it is connected with the increase in the number of Russians in ORDLO. People write that the city looks terrible. This is not only garbage that has not been removed for more than 3 months, puddles of urine, piles of syringes, glasses, cans of beer and energy drinks, holes in the place where asphalt used to be, or closed windows of once beautiful and beautiful shops, but also the absence people.

Once, 75,000 people lived here, now they write that 25,000 inhabitants will be added to the villages in the district, and that’s good. Many died because covid and “the best Russian vaccine in the world Sputnik” did their job. On the residents of ORDLO, Russia conducted terrible experiments with this “vaccine”, which was never registered anywhere in the world. But the pro-Russian residents of ORDLO trusted Russia, then stabbed it.

Many left. Who is in peaceful parts of Ukraine, the majority is in Russia. There is also a share of pro-Russian “republic builders” who, after fighting with “gay Europe”, went there.

Many died. Not so much from shelling, but from what the occupiers and their collaborators were doing there. There are torture cellars in every city of ORDLO and they are not isolated, this is a mass phenomenon. People were killed for property acquisition, revenge, insults…

ORDLO is large cemeteries, large burial grounds and mass burials without crosses and inscriptions. In 2021, for some reason, the ORDLO began mass reburying of the murdered, disguising the mass burials, where the collaborators dumped the raped and tortured from torture camps under the “killed of the Armed Forces”. I think that these were already the first signs that the occupiers intend to leave these territories and hide their crimes.

Many died at the front. At first, the graves of the so-called “militias”, “people’s militia” in the cemetery were clearly visible. These are flowers in the color of the “LРR flag”, monuments with “medals for Navarosia” and photos of the dead in “LРR” uniforms. Now people are burying the dead mobilized, just putting crosses to avoid questions if..

If is a new trend in ORDDO. So far, it is quiet and distrustful, but they are already asking “what will happen if Ukraine comes here.” Someone already agrees, because they have had enough of the “Russian world”. These are the so-called disappointed. But they also hate Ukraine, because it didn’t go their way, because their disappointment is that we coped and won, but they and Russia did not succeed. But most people are afraid of this “if”.

Surprisingly, the city is full of scary stories with names, addresses, photos on social networks about the mass rape of teenagers (of different sexes) by the military from Russia and collaborators from the local “militia” battalions, shootouts between the military, even tank battles in the city center, this is about how they behave like Russians are cutting and taking away mine equipment and preparing to blow up mines, but still here “if only it wasn’t in Ukraine”. They write some appeals to Putin, saying that the king is good, the boyars are bad.

And the tsar again demands a sacrifice, then another wave of mobilization in ORDLO. They catch men again. Students, pensioners, disabled people have already gone to the front, and the Kremlin monster is running out of blood. It’s like a ritual of sacrifice, not mobilization. People are scared because less than 10% of those who were mobilized to the city without legs or arms returned. Again, let me remind you that the men who lived in ORDLO from the first days of the occupation accepted the conditions of the occupier: they received a “passport of the republic” and a passport of a Russian citizen, passed a new registration at the military commissariat, underwent military training as reservists, knew that they were being mobilized, if there is an order from the “Commander-in-Chief of the LРR” or Putin. The word “forced” is somehow not very appropriate when talking about mobilization in ORDLO.

It’s just that everyone there hoped that Russia would wage a war with Ukraine with its own hands, that is, with its own forces and its own citizens. For 8 years, they were sure that they were out of politics (out of politics), then only the Russian army and volunteers from local residents, who themselves strive for it, will fight for the “freedom of the republics”. Now these are black, deserted cities where people hardly smile.

And now there are also cities where you cannot hear the Russian-Ukrainian surzhik characteristic of the residents of Donbas, where you can hardly see the Slavic faces characteristic of Ukrainians.

More and more children are born here from “Ikhtamnets”, including from Buryats. The children of the first wave of Buryatization have already gone to kindergartens. The language… is somehow more okanya, tokanya, akanya. And even more simple Russian illiteracy, all “graduates” of “republican” “educational institutions” are simply people who cannot write in Ukrainian, Russian, or English. Yes, yes, and in Russian too.

There is total illiteracy, the level of pre-revolutionary Russia “ischo, nychese, dambas, rasiya, nravitsa, sdes, olimenty, zobolivanie”. ORDLO lost local people. Now this is the land of having found ikhtamnets who confidently declare “we like it here, where we are Russia.”

Therefore, due to the large number of Buryats in ORLO, people began to say that they are already the “Buryat People’s Republic”. Someone is annoyed by this, someone else shouts “our defenders”, someone hopes that a large number of Buryats will save local men from mobilization. The relationship is different.

The only thing that annoys me is that the Buryats can stand calmly and laugh at people speaking in their own language, and they laugh even more when asked “do you speak Russian”. And what’s more, that they choose their own houses and say “yeta will build our house, I will bring my wife.” They are told – “people live here, the owners, look for an empty house”, and they laugh and make indicative “pah-pah” movements in the direction of people, as if they are shooting.

People say that the Luhansk border is being prepared for the retreat of the Russians, and terrible battles will take place here, so people will be forcibly evacuated. That’s why they already say “while we still live here.” They don’t believe in this “yet”, but it already scares them. Especially after the escape of the Russians from Kherson, they began to discuss it. Of course, “the Russians will not do that, but maybe they will give us good homes, why not go.”

There are almost no men. Now this wave of mobilization will take the younger generation from ORDLO, because already 16-year-olds are rowing, and even older, 65-year-olds.

That is why the girls so grab hold of visitors and give birth, at least to a Buryat, with the hope that it will feed the family from military rations. And how many girls from the age of 14 give birth is terrifying. What was an anomaly here before 2014 is now the norm. Unbelievable numbers of teenagers engage in deviant behavior, drink, take drugs, have sex with adults in order to have booze, cigarettes and drugs. They are born after a “military field romance”. ORDLO has long been in critical condition with venereal diseases and AIDS.

A terrible, terrible life. My grandmother once said “never carry revenge on the offenders, draw conclusions about a person and close your world so that he does not offend her again, and life is a strange thing, it will always choose the most terrible thing for revenge or punishment than you could invent yourself “.

Probably, this is the punishment for those who betrayed Ukraine and shouted “Bring Putin in”, wrote denunciations on neighbors, robbed the houses of refugees who did not want to live in Russian peace, who waved tricolors and gladly went to kill Ukrainians, and this punishment did not fall only on their heads, and on the heads of their children and grandchildren. I once read in a local group that “those who ran for the referendum and voted for us all have long since died, but we are suffering.” Terrible. It hurts. Broken lives, destroyed land.

Someday it will all be restored, maybe, I don’t know. But he will be released, that’s for sure. I just think that only the steppes will meet our troops on the eastern borders. And the “Buryat republic” will not be there for long, in the spring there will be good fertilizers from the “small ichtamnets of the Russian far north”.
