The occupiers continue to terrorize Ukrainians. Yes, yesterday a 70-year-old resident of Kherson and a 15-year-old boy from Sumy region died as a result of shelling.

The night was relatively calm, without shelling, in Volyn, Transcarpathia, Rivne region, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Ternopil region, Poltava Oblast, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy region, Chernihiv region, Zhytomyr Oblast, and Kyiv region.

The most restless was in the Bakhmut district, which the occupiers are constantly shelling throughout the day. Also this morning, December 1, the Russians carried out a massive artillery bombardment of the central part of Avdiyivka.

Local military administrations report on the situation in the regions as of December 1.

Sumy region: 

Russian troops fired 110 shells and mines in the border area yesterday. Bilopolska, Krasnopilska, Seredino-Budska and Esmanska communities were affected.

In the Bilopol community: the Russians shelled the city hospital with barrel artillery (35 “arrivals”). A 15-year-old boy died. The hospital premises were damaged.

Zaporizhzhіa region: 

During the past day, the occupiers shelled the civilian infrastructure in the area of ​​the settlements of Stepove, Kamianske, Mali Shcherbaki, Gulyaipole, Orihiv, Dorozhnyanka, Olhivske, Novodanilivka, Zaliznychne, Noaoandriivka, Charivne, Malynivka, Preobrazhenka. 24 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by Russian military personnel. Detailed information on the consequences is being clarified.

Dnipropetrovsk region:

The Russians again shelled Nikopol region. Two communities – Marganetska and Chervonogrigorivska – came under the fire of Russian “Grads” and heavy artillery. Previously, people were not injured.

In the Chervonogrigorivska community, 4 private houses, 2 farm buildings, a gas pipeline and a power line were damaged.

In the Marganets community, the details of the shelling are still being clarified.

Kharkiv region: 

The intensity of shelling in the Kupyan district has increased. Voluntary evacuation of the population continues. During the day, the Russians launched artillery strikes almost every two hours.

Fires broke out in houses, outbuildings, warehouses, at night (about 4 p.m.) the occupiers hit Kupyansk with S-300 missiles, only open areas were hit.

The border communities of Vovchansk and Lipetsk are also under fire. According to emergency services, there were no casualties.

Luhansk region: 

The enemy continues to defend on the front in the Kupyansk and Lymansk directions. During the past day, the Russians carried out a fire attack on Novoselivka, Stelmakhivka, Makiivka, Ploschanka, Nevsky, Chervopopivka and Bilogorivka. In total, during the day, the enemy carried out 56 attacks on the positions of the Luhansk region’s defenders. Units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the districts of Novoselivskyi, Stelmakhiva and Bilogorivka.

Donetsk region: 

This morning, there was a massive bombing of the central part of Avdiyivka.

At night, there was shelling of the outskirts of Kurakhovo; positional combat operations in the area of ​​Vodyanyi, Opytny, Pervomaisky Ocheretyn community; periodic shelling of the villages of Bakhmutske, Yakovlivka, Rozdolivka of the Soledar community.

Throughout the day, there was constant shelling of Bakhmut, the villages of Torske, Zarichne, and settlements along the entire front line.

Over the past day in Donetsk region: 3 wounded.

Kherson region: 

The situation in the region remains difficult. Areas of settlements located on the right bank of the Dnipro River were subjected to artillery and tank fire. Russian invaders again shelled Kherson. Last day, the Rashists were beaten in the middle of the city. Several residential buildings and medical facilities were damaged, and a gas pipeline was hit.

A 70-year-old resident of Kherson died in her own apartment due to enemy shelling. A 64-year-old man from Kherson was injured when he was on the street – Russian shells fell on the road. 

On the night of December 1, another attack was made on Kherson. The enemy hit a multi-story residential building in the Dniprovsky Market area. After the shelling, a fire broke out on the spot. Information about the victims is being clarified.

On the occupied territory of the Kherson region, shelling of the city of Kakhovka continues from the villages of Rozdolne and Korobka.

Humanitarian goods are delivered to the liberated communities of the Kherson region from charitable organizations, enterprises, volunteers and within the framework of state programs.

The situation in Donbas:

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian occupiers are concentrating their main efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Bakhmut and Avdiiv directions. Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks on 12 areas in Donbas.

The Russian Federation creates “courts” in the occupied territories to legalize repression

 All decisions of pseudo-courts in the occupied territories are legally null and void

The aggressor country of the Russian Federation began the procedure of creating “courts” in the occupied territories of Ukraine in order to “legalize” repression. This was reported by the Center of National Resistance.

According to the occupiers, integration of the “judicial system” with the occupation courts is expected in the near future. For this, the judiciary is staffed with Russian touring judges and a number of local traitors.

All decisions of these pseudo-courts are legally null and void, and therefore have no legal consequences, the Center of National Resistance notes. “This is just an imitation of human rights on the part of the occupiers and an attempt to legalize their right to repression, which the enemy has been carrying out for a long time in the temporarily occupied territories,” the Center explains.

The Center of National Resistance calls on local residents to leave the temporarily occupied territories until they are liberated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

War crimes of the Russian Federation are being documented in the de-occupied part of Luhansk region, – Gaidai

Stabilization measures are ongoing in Nevsky Swativ district. Investigators of the Luhansk Oblast police began work in the village, accepting statements from local residents and documenting criminal offenses, including war crimes of the Russian Federation.

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Gaidai.

In general, since the beginning of work, since November 25, investigators have documented and opened criminal proceedings on 22 facts of violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Among other things, information was registered on two cases of wounding of men – residents of the village, as a result of shelling by the occupying forces of the Russian Federation.

“In addition, information was recorded about the destruction of civil infrastructure as a result of the shelling that the occupiers continue to inflict on the liberated settlement. In particular, damage to the school, the head office, a cafe-shop, a paramedic-midwifery station, farm buildings, a road and other communal property was documented. Also damage and destruction 19 private houses and farm buildings of local residents were damaged, domestic animals and birds died,” Gaidai said.

According to him, during the occupation of Nevsky, the Russian military managed to take advantage of local residents, from whom they stole cars, property and domestic birds…underwear, clothes, shoes.

 

65 substations and almost 5,000 household subscribers were cut off in the occupied territory of Donetsk region

Dozens of substations were de-energized in the non-controlled territory of Donetsk region, and almost five thousand subscribers were deprived of electricity. This was reported by the separatist mass media on December 1.

As reported, as of 7:00 a.m. on December 1, 65 transformer substations, 4,940 household subscribers, and 4 boiler houses were de-energized in the occupied territory of Donetsk region.

The occupiers mobilized about 900 employees of “Donbasgaz” in “DPR”, a third of them have already been killed or disappeared.

Russians are demolishing old houses in the historical center of Mariupol, – the chairman’s advisor

The restoration project “Doors Matter” was implemented in these houses last year.

In the historical center of the temporarily captured Mariupol, the Russian military is demolishing houses from the previous century.

This was reported by Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the Mariupol city chairman.

“On the historical center of Mariupol, the occupiers are placing a cross. Despite the chatter about “restoring the history of the city”, the first real historical houses from the past century are being demolished. For the first time, single-story houses of private construction. They only disturb the appearance, but only pose a threat to propaganda. Among these houses are “merchant houses” that preserve the true history of Mariupol,” Andryushchenko wrote.

He also published a satellite photo of the relevant area of ​​the city.

Andryushchenko reminded that the “Doors Matter” restoration project of historical doors was implemented in these houses last year. Their restoration was carried out with donations from Mariupol residents.

Currently, the city is almost 90% destroyed due to enemy shelling, there is no normal supply of electricity, water, or gas. In addition, the Russian invaders are demolishing the houses they damaged in order to hide the traces of their crimes.

Medicines are brought to the occupied territories only for the treatment of Russian soldiers, – the Center of National Resistance

The situation is the same with the priorities of imported medical personnel.

Hospitals in the occupied territories of Ukraine do not have medicines to treat civilian visitors.
