The occupiers opened a pre-trial detention center for kidnapped Ukrainians from the Zaporizhzhia region

The occupiers equipped a second pre-trial detention center in Simferopol to hold Ukrainians abducted in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.

You can go around the police, the commandant’s office, and the prison for weeks and no one will tell you what your relative was arrested for and where he is.

 “Crimea is used to hold hostages. We know that people from the occupied territories began to be brought there. First of all, from the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. Initially, it was pre-trial detention center No. 1. And a few months ago, a second pre-trial detention center was opened at the address of the colony in Simferopol,” said Olha Skrypnyk, head of the board of the Crimean Human Rights Group.

The Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War in Ukraine opened a new phone number for the consultation line.

From now on, citizens will have more opportunities to get advice about captured or missing family members under special circumstances.

In Ivanivka, Kherson Oblast, the Russian military is staying in local houses
