The police documented the consequences of Russian war crimes as a result of the attack on Nikopol and the district

On April 20, the Russians struck with kamikaze drones and carried out artillery fire on the city of Nikopol, Myrivskaya and Chervonogrigorivskaya territorial communities.

This is reported by the National State Administration of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Shells hit a residential sector, a public transport stop and a utility company. Private houses were damaged – a window was broken in houses, facades were broken, roofs were pierced, farm buildings and a high-rise building were also destroyed.

Investigative and operational teams of the police worked at the sites of the hits, documenting the damage to civilian infrastructure. Criminal proceedings have been opened for violations of the laws and customs of war by the Russian army.
