The non-profit organization “Kvartal Lui”, founded by the current commissioner for children’s rights of the Russian Federation Maria Lvova-Belova, came under sanctions. Sanctions against individuals were imposed for five years. In particular, they provide for the blocking of assets. In addition to Lvova-Belova, another 100 individuals and 37 legal entities are listed, which are probably involved in the deportation of Ukrainian children from the occupied territories.
