The prosecutor’s office has started criminal proceedings on the fact of the nighttime airstrike in Odesa

In connection with the violation of the laws and customs of war. The prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings after the nighttime airstrike on Odesa for violating the laws and customs of war under Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The Russian Federation staged a massive attack by attack UAVs. In Odesa, the strike was directed at the regional center, but did not achieve its goals. However, in Odesa, debris from a downed drone damaged an uninhabited, recently built high-rise building, and a downed drone fell on a private house near Odesa.

In the last case, a fire started after the fall and two people died – one on the spot, and the other already in intensive care. Three more were injured – a 17-year-old teenager is being treated in the hospital, and two more victims, a man and a woman, were sent home for outpatient treatment.
