In the Kharkiv Region, a civilian resident died as a result of the shelling of Kivsharivka.

The Russian army fired artillery at Kivsharivka, killing a civilian resident.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, on December 30, at about 2:00 p.m., Russian troops carried out an artillery shelling of the village of Kivsharivka, Kupyanskyі District.

A 51-year-old woman died. The Russians damaged a five-story residential building.

“Despite the difficult security situation, prosecutors, together with police investigators, are taking all measures to document crimes committed by servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” the prosecutor’s office added. Law enforcement officers have already launched a criminal investigation into another Russian crime that caused the death of a person under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
