The Russian “administration” of Lysychansk has announced a new list of apartments for confiscation from legal owners

The Russian “administration” of Lysychansk, Luhansk region, has published a new list of apartments that are planned to be confiscated from the rightful owners in accordance with the local “law”.

This is reported by local information resources.

The Russian administration of the city district has published information about the need for the appearance of persons who consider themselves owners or have rights to residential premises within 30 calendar days from the date of posting the announcement.

This decision is based on the fact that these apartments have signs of ownerless property. Owners or persons entitled to these premises must contact the “administration” to prove their ownership and avoid confiscation.

This step of the Russian administration is another attempt to legalize the illegal confiscation of property in the occupied territories.

Many homeowners were forced to leave their homes due to hostilities and are now at risk of losing their property due to the inability to be physically present in Russian-controlled territory.

The situation causes concern among the city’s residents.

Russians in Lysychansk send residents “to the basement” for trying to use a mobile phone

In occupied Lysychansk, strict measures have been implemented against attempts to use mobile communications.

According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, local residents may be detained for attempting to access communications.

“There, for trying to use the cover, they are taken to the basement,” the Luhansk Regional Military Administration noted.

The administration also informed that in Rubizhne and Severodonetsk you can get access to communication for a certain fee, although this is officially prohibited.

Lysychansk remains under the strict control of the Russian authorities, which makes life difficult for local residents.
