Russian troops attack the Kherson region with drones every day. On October 31, the Russians released a drone over Kherson’s Ship District. As a result, a 33-year-old local resident received an explosive injury, the Kherson Regional Military Administration informs.

In addition, Russian troops dropped explosives from an unmanned aerial vehicle on Berislav. A 42-year-old woman, who was near the store at the time of the impact, received a contusion, shrapnel wounds to the chest and arm, and an explosive injury.

The victims turned to medical institutions for help.
