The Russian army attacked the Kherson region with aircraft, artillery and drones: seven people were injured, including a child

During the day of September 17, the Russian army attacked the Kherson region with aircraft, artillery and drones, as a result of which seven people were injured, including a child.

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

“According to the investigation, during September 17, 2025, the Russian military used aircraft, artillery, including jets, as well as drones of various types to attack the Kherson region. As of 17:00, it is known that seven people were injured as a result of Russian shelling, including a child,” the post says.

It is noted that in the morning the Russians hit Kherson with artillery, and in the afternoon they dropped explosives from a drone onto one of the streets. Two local residents were injured.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the facts of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
