The Russian army continues shelling residential quarters of Kherson: rescuers had to extinguish a fire in the private sector

On the evening of April 1, after the shelling of Kherson by the Russians, rescuers had to put out a fire in one of the city’s districts. This is reported by the Main Office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region.

“Rescuers found out that an auxiliary building caught fire with the further spread of fire to a house in the private residential sector,” the press service of the State Emergency Service said.

Firefighters started extinguishing two cells. At around 10:00 p.m., Russian troops from the temporarily occupied left bank also shelled the Ship district of Kherson.
