The Russian Army fired artillery at the city of Seredyna-Buda in the Sumy Oblast during the documenting by law enforcement officers of the previous crimes of the enemy. One policeman died, two were injured.

According to the investigation, on September 2, 2023, around 4:30 p.m., the Russians, from the territory of the Russian Federation, fired artillery at the town of Seredyna-Buda, Shostkinsky district. At that time, the law enforcement officers recorded the consequences of the previous shelling.
“A police officer received non-life-threatening shrapnel injuries, 2 more police officers were injured. One civilian was also injured,” the report says.
