From the left bank of the Dnieper, the Russian army shelled the residential quarters of Kherson with rocket launchers, the shells damaged high-rise buildings, private houses and cars. In apartment buildings, windows and balcony frames were broken, as well as damaged facades and roof coverings. All emergency services worked at the “arrival” sites, provided assistance to the victims, collected physical evidence and documented the consequences of the enemy attack by Russian troops.

According to these facts, criminal proceedings have been opened under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of laws and customs of war”.
