On October 29, the army of the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on the Odesa region. This was announced by Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
It is known that the Russians struck the region with two Kh-31P guided air missiles fired from a Su-30 fighter in the Black Sea.
Defense forces shot down both targets, but falling debris killed a 71-year-old man who was near the sea.
“I emphasize once again: during an air alert, please stay in safe places! This can save your life and health,” said the head of the regional military administration.
