The Russian army shelled Liman in the Donetsk region: five people were injured

On June 1, the Russians shelled a residential quarter in the city of Liman, Donetsk region. As a result of the impact, five local residents were injured. Among them is a 14-year-old boy.

This is reported by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Donetsk region.

According to the department, the shelling took place at approximately 18:20. According to preliminary information, the Russians were hitting the city with Uragan surface-to-air missiles.

Among the injured are a 14-year-old teenager and his 32-year-old father, who received landmine and brain injuries, shrapnel wounds, fractures and lacerations. They were taken to the hospital. Also, two women, 62 and 70 years old, and a 74-year-old man, who were near their houses at the time of the shelling, were hospitalized.

According to the prosecutor’s office, about 30 houses were damaged by shelling.

Donetsk region suffers daily from Russian shelling. On May 31, the Russian army shelled the village of Drobysheve. Then one person died and three others were injured.
