This is reported on its website by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, which has launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Currently, four more injured local residents are known. These are three women, 28, 56 and 34 years old, as well as a 62-year-old man. All the victims were taken to the hospital.
