The Russian army shelled the residential quarters of Kherson

On June 5, the Russians attacked Kherson with multiple rocket launchers. Shelling was also conducted with prohibited incendiary ammunition, which led to a large number of fires, the regional military administration reports.

As a result of the attack, two dozen residential buildings, garages and cars, as well as two educational institutions, were damaged. In addition, the Russians fired at one of the medical institutions, where 135 patients and 44 medical workers were at the time of the attack. Fortunately, none of them were hurt, although the hospital’s windows and doors were damaged.

One 47-year-old woman was injured during night shelling in Kherson. She received first aid on the spot, but refused hospitalization.

“A 55-year-old security guard who was at work received non-life-threatening injuries due to Russian strikes,” said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson regional military administration.

On June 4, Russian troops shelled peaceful settlements in the Kherson region 28 times. 176 shells were fired from artillery, mortars, aviation, “Grad” and drones.

The army of the Russian Federation hit the residential quarter of Berislava, in the Kherson region, with guided aerial bombs. As a result, two people were injured, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reports: “The Russians hit a residential quarter of the city with guided aerial bombs. Due to shelling, the premises of a private enterprise and about twenty residential buildings were damaged,” the report said.

As a result of the shelling, two people were wounded – a 73-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man. The military took the victims to the hospital, and now they are being given the necessary medical care, the regional military administration said.
