
Russian troops targeted the energy infrastructure of Kharkiv and the region. Critically important facilities were hit, which poses a threat to heat and electricity supply during severe frosts.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov.
“The damage is really serious, but all services are working around the clock to restore energy supply,” the head of the region noted.
Specialists of the State Emergency Service, energy specialists and emergency medical personnel are immediately leaving for the scene to preserve heat and electricity for thousands of families.
