On the afternoon of November 20, the Russian military shelled the village of Kupyansk-Vuzlovy. A 64-year-old local resident was injured by the shelling, the prosecutor’s office said. According to preliminary data, the Russians hit the settlement with anti-aircraft guns.
As the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov reported, on November 20 at 2:59 p.m. the Russians struck Kupyansk, as a result of which two men aged 42 and 64 were injured.
In addition, at 15:12, the Russian Federation shelled the village of Vysoky, Kharkiv district. As a result of shelling, the administrative building was damaged. A 64-year-old woman was injured.
Pre-trial investigations have been initiated into the facts of violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On November 19, the Russian army attacked Kupyansk with anti-aircraft missiles, as a result of which private houses, high-rise buildings and a civilian enterprise were damaged in the city.
