The Russian Federation continues to use the Zaporizhzhia NPP as an ammunition depot

The Russian army hosts its troops and stores ammunition and explosives at the Zaporizhzhia NPP. This was reported in the Ukrainian Center of National Resistance.

Thanks to the data provided by the Ukrainian underground and concerned citizens, it was possible to calculate that Rosguard units with a total number of up to 1,300 people are stationed on the territory of the ZANP. In particular, the OMON units “Akhmat-1” (Grozny, Chechen Republic of Ichkeria) and SOBR “Agat” (Penza, RF) were identified. For camouflage, the part of the occupiers on duty uses the uniform of the paramilitary guards of the ZNPP, not the Russian Guard.

In addition, the technical and basement premises of the station are used by the occupiers for the storage of small arms and artillery ammunition both for the provision of the contingent stationed at the station and the forces in adjacent positions.

Around the city, the enemy laid more than 20 minefields, they surround the station and the city and have a total length of about 6.5 km. The Russians are still afraid of a possible landing of the Defense Forces from the Dnipro.
