On the night of December 14, Russian troops launched a massive attack on the Odessa region with kamikaze drones of the “Shahed” type. The drones hit industrial, energy and transport infrastructure facilities, said the head of the Odessa regional military administration Oleg Kiper.
Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries. Critical infrastructure in the city and region is running on generators. Power engineers continue to carry out repair work on damaged power facilities.
Since December 13, as a result of the Russian missile and drone attack, most of Odessa has been without heating and water supply. The situation with electricity in the region is difficult. Artsyz Mayor Serhiy Parpulanskyі reported that the restoration of power supply in the city is not predicted even within the next week.
