On April 16, the Russians once again shelled the Kharkiv region. The village of Zolochiv, in the Bogodukhiv district, was struck by air strikes. As a result of the explosion of the air bomb, local residents were injured.
The post office building was under attack. According to the information of the law enforcement officers, the Russians hit the settlement with a KAB. It happened on the afternoon of April 16.
A bomb hit the post office building. As a result of the attack, two people were injured. A 57-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man were injured. They were given medical assistance. Both victims are civilians. The post office, after all, was not even close to a military object.
Bomb technicians and an investigative team are currently working at the scene of the attack. Another Russian crime is being documented.
The Russians continue to terrorize Kharkiv region
Today, it is the Kharkiv region that almost suffers the most from constant Russian shelling (of course, except for Donetsk region and Kherson region, where direct hostilities are taking place). Russians raid both the city of Kharkiv and the region many times a day, injuring and killing local residents.
In addition to the banal terror of civilians, the Russians are also purposefully shelling the energy infrastructure. Because of this, hundreds of thousands of Kharkiv residents and residents of the region are regularly without electricity, and hourly blackout schedules are in effect in the region.
Thus, on April 10, the Russians dropped guided aerial bombs on Vovchansk and the villages of Liptsi and Mala Danilivka (suburbs of Kharkiv). A 14-year-old girl and two adults died, and a 16-year-old boy and a 33-year-old woman were injured.
Evacuation of families with children
Evacuation measures have been completed in the Lipetsk community. 27 children and their families left there. According to the estimates of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, approximately 140 children and their families still need to be removed from other dangerous settlements.
On April 11, the Defense Council of the Kharkiv region adopted a decision on the forced evacuation of families with children in 47 villages and settlements of the Kharkiv, Bogodukhiv and Izyum districts. At that time, according to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, 182 children lived there.
Earlier, in March, mandatory evacuation of children and their parents was announced from 18 settlements of Velikoburlutsk and Vilkhuvatsk communities.
