The mayor of Kharkiv wrote at about noon about a possible hit in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv. Later, he clarified that the arrival was in the nearest suburb. According to the alerts.in.ua service, the air alert in Kharkiv has been in effect since 6:00 a.m.

Later, the regional police reported that a 45-year-old woman injured in Chaykivka, a local resident, received shrapnel wounds and was taken to the hospital.

“Around 1:20 p.m., the Russian military shelled the village. They hit a private house. The roof, fence, and gas pipe were damaged,” the law enforcement officers said.

The Russians regularly shell Kharkiv and the region with various types of weapons. As a result of the attacks, almost the entire critical infrastructure of the city was destroyed, the City Hall reported in April this year.
