According to the agency, at around 12:40 p.m. Russian forces fired mortars and artillery at the village of Ivanivka. As a result, a 52-year-old civilian was injured. “Later, around 14:00, the Russians shelled the village of Dvorichna with artillery. A civilian died there. However, his identity has not yet been established,” the prosecutor’s office says.

Also, according to information, Russian forces attacked the village of Vilkhuvatka for about 15 hours.

“As a result of this, residential buildings were destroyed and damaged there. No casualties. It has been preliminarily established that the Russians used two guided aerial bombs,” the agency concluded.

On the morning of February 19, Russian troops hit Vovchansk in Kharkiv Region with mortars. Two men were injured.

Russian troops are actually shelling the Kharkiv region and the regional center every day. At the same time, despite the evidence and testimony, Moscow has denied shelling civilians in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
