The Russians are going to fine Ukrainian farmers for low harvests

They want to buy grain at lower prices. As a result of Russians undermining the Kakhovskaya HPP, the water level in the occupied territories decreased, and with it, the yield. But the enemy still wants to fine Ukrainian farmers on captured lands for lowering the harvest, reports the Center of National Resistance.

In particular, the Russian occupiers want to buy crops at lower prices. They force farmers to work with a “state operator” that sets a fixed price for grain. After the sale, it settles with the invaders, adds the Center of National Resistance.

“However, due to low yield indicators, the selling price of grain for the agriculturist may still decrease. This is the mechanism of control of the industry by the occupation administration,” the Center of National Resistance reports.

Earlier, the Center of National Resistance reported that the Russians were making lists for the “privatization” of seized Ukrainian mines. For the occupiers, this means the transfer of objects to the relevant structures. In the future, the equipment that is on them, the invaders cut into metal.

The Center of National Resistance also warned that in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, the occupation administration began issuing “licenses” for the extraction of Ukrainian subsoil. In this way, the Russians want to “legalize” looters who illegally extract Ukrainian minerals.
