The Russians are going to steal most of the exhibits of Chersonesus

The Russians are planning to remove exhibits from the Chersones Tavriysky museum-reserve in Sevastopol. The invaders are preparing documentation. This was reported by the Center of National Resistance.

The occupation administration of the museum began to prepare documentation to substantiate the movement of exhibits. These are, in particular, acts of transfer for restoration for further presentation outside the museum for 300,000 exhibits from the reserve’s funds.

To whom it is planned to transfer the funds is not yet known, but it is known that it is outside the peninsula. At the same time, it should be noted that at the end of 2014, in total, about 500,000 storage units (main and auxiliary funds) were kept in the funds, of which 300,000 are the entire main fund, – the Center of National Resistance added.

It should be noted that “Tavrian Khersones” is an ancient city located on a temporarily occupied peninsula. The museum is one of the seven wonders of Ukraine. According to the annals, it was at this place that Prince Volodymyr of Kyiv was baptized, after which Christianity spread throughout Kyivan Rus. And in 2013, Chersonesus Tavriyskyi was included in the UNESCO world heritage.
