From the occupied territories of Ukraine, the Russians export, in addition to grain, scrap metal from destroyed cities and building materials from destroyed buildings.
Center of National Resistance: “One of the “favorite” routes is Mariupol – Taganrog.”
The center notes that the enemy is taking looted grain and scrap metal from the destroyed cities, in particular from Mariupol, along this route.
The export of construction materials, namely those that the enemy receives in the process of dismantling the houses he destroyed in Mariupol, was also recorded.
With the help of a front company and hiding the geolocation of ships, Russia was able to steal grain from Ukraine totaling at least 530 million dollars, which can be classified as a war crime.
Russian invaders take Ukrainian grain from the occupied territories through Mariupol to Taganrog.
As the Center of National Resistance reports, earlier the occupation administration of the Zaporizhzhia region reported on the sale of 300,000 tons of grain, oil and leguminous crops in 2022. The Gauleiters said that 10 branches of State Grain Operator were created to receive agricultural products in the region, which then resold the grain.
“The occupiers continue to loot the temporarily occupied territories. One of the “favorite” routes is Mariupol – Taganrog. Along this route, the enemy takes out looted grain, as well as scrap metal from the destroyed cities, in particular from the same Mariupol. The removal of construction materials, namely those that the enemy receives in the process of dismantling the houses destroyed by him in Mariupol, was also recorded,” the report says.
As the Center of National Resistance emphasized, in fact, the “state grain enterprise” is an “ordinary lining”. It was to her that farmers in the occupied territories had to give grain for nothing, otherwise the grain was “nationalized”. Later, this “enterprise” already transferred the grain to structures related to the occupiers, who resold it at market prices. That is, in fact, the Russians stole Ukrainian grain, and all the profit was taken by the Gauleiter and proteges of the Kremlin in the region, emphasized the Center of National Resistance.
Russia’s theft of Ukrainian grain:
As of the first week of June 2022, it was known that Russia had stolen up to 500,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat worth $100 million. A large part of this cargo was delivered to the ports of the occupied Crimea, and then exported by ships, including those under Western sanctions.
The Russian Federation hides information about the involved courts. They often turn off their transponders to hide their port of departure. Ambassador of Ukraine to Lebanon Ihor Ostash stated that 87 ships were transporting stolen Ukrainian grain abroad.
At the end of October 2022, the Financial Times conducted an investigation and exposed one of the shady schemes of Ukrainian grain trade.
According to experts, by the end of 2022, Russia planned to export only 1.8 million tons of grain from the occupied territories of Ukraine and earn about $600 million from illegal grain exports.
On January 6, the Russian occupying forces twice launched a rocket attack on Kramatorsk in Donetsk region.
This was announced by Kyrylo Tymoshenko, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
According to his data, during today’s day the Russian occupiers have fired missiles at the city of Kramatorsk twice.
Tymoshenko clarified that one of the city’s private residential buildings was hit by enemy rockets.
“Preliminarily, there are no victims. Emergency services are working on the spot,” said the adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
During the day, Russian troops shelled 11 settlements in the Donetsk region, as a result of which there is destruction among the civilian infrastructure.
On January 6, the occupying forces of the Russian Federation opened fire on Kurakhovo, Donetsk region. As a result of the attack, one person was injured. This was announced by the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko.
The Russians targeted 2 high-rise buildings and 1 private house in the city center. The department of the local hospital, where the injured person was, was also damaged.
“Kurakhove is far from the first to suffer such a blow. And, unfortunately, we can be sure that it will not be the last. It is dangerous to stay in the city! Evacuate in a timely manner,” Kirylenko said.
During the day of January 5, the Russians killed two civilians in the Donetsk region, and 3 more people were injured in the region.
Russians in the occupied territories shoot people just in the streets. This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Gaidai.
“We have testimonies from local residents that, for example, men were sitting right next to the store, there was some dispute with these soldiers, the dispute allegedly ended in nothing, the soldiers got into the car, but when they drove away, they fired a shot in the direction of these men, – said Gaidai. “One died immediately on the spot.”
Gaidai also recalled that the 17-year-old Rashist boy was taken to Luhansk and tortured for allegedly helping the Armed Forces.
“And there are many such examples, these are not isolated cases,” the head of the Regional Military Administration noted.
Problems with communal services continue in occupied Severodonetsk, and the occupiers continue to issue their passports.
Oleksandr Stryuk, the chairman of Severodonetsk, spoke about the situation in the city.
According to Stryuk, the majority of the local population continues to suffer from the lack of communal services in Severodonetsk, and Russian passports issued by the occupiers have restrictions both on the border with Russia and on the territory of this country.
Despite this, as reported by the current city authorities, a plan for the recovery of Severodonetsk is being developed and material reserves are being accumulated for its implementation.
First of all, emergency brigades are being recruited, which will enter the city immediately after the release.
Stryuk also said that positive news is coming from the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the Kremin direction.
In occupied Severodonetsk, lists of apartments continue to be published, in which the local authorities plan to break down the doors and house those whom they cannot provide with housing. The real owners of such apartments, as a rule, have left the city.
In addition, the occupiers subordinated the populated areas of Popasnian Oblast destroyed by Russian troops to the city of Pervomaisk, effectively liquidating the district. However, there is no money to restore housing, so people are resettled in “communal institutions” in other districts.
