The Russians are looking for collaborators to fill their military units in the temporarily occupied territory with locals. This was reported by the Center of National Resistance. In the temporarily occupied territories, the recruitment of local police officers continues to cover the shortage of personnel. Currently, the Russians are looking for people for the headquarters of the Russian Guard and the traffic police for the position of “organization of military-patriotic work.” There are almost no requirements for the position, fake education in “universities” on the basis of captured premises of Ukrainian higher education institutions or experience of service in the army of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are allowed,” the message reads. As noted, according to the Kremlin’s plan, from 2026, all power structures in the region should be formed from local forces, because currently most of the policemen in the temporarily occupied territory are tourers from the Russian Federation.

“We urge local residents to report on the switch to the side of the enemy. None of the traitors will escape responsibility for collaborationism,” the Center of National Resistance warned.
