On September 19, the Russians shelled Sumy region. The Russians attacked a medical facility in the town of Seredyna-Buda, Shostkinsky District, twice.
This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of Sumy Region.
It is known that on September 19, around 11:00 a.m., the Russians, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, fired at a medical facility in the city of Seredyna-Buda. As a result of the attack, the utility room caught fire.
At a time when local residents were helping medical workers put out the fire, the Russians struck the same area with a drone. As a result of repeated shelling, 51-year-old and 34-year-old civilian men were wounded.
“Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the consequences of the shelling,” the press service noted.
