The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles. Despite the evidence and testimony, Moscow has denied a targeted attack on civilians since the start of the full-scale invasion.
The UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine verified the data on the death of 10,810 civilians in Ukraine and the wounding of 20,556 since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. The organization assumes that the number of victims among civilians is much higher.
