On October 10, around 10:35 p.m., Russian troops attacked the Odesa region with ballistic missiles, as a result of which a two-story building was destroyed. Four people died, including a teenager.
Source: Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa regional military administration: “As a result of the attack in the Odesa district, a two-story building where civilians lived and worked was destroyed. People were trapped under the rubble.”
According to him, rescuers of the State Emergency Service rescued four people, three more people died under the rubble of the building. Among the dead are a 43-year-old woman, a 22-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl. Another woman died in hospital from her injuries.
Also, 10 people were wounded and injured, nine victims were hospitalized. Four people are in serious condition.
Ten people were given psychological help on the spot.
Law enforcement agencies are recording the consequences of yet another crime committed by the Russians against the civilian population of Odesa.
Updated. Later, the Prosecutor General’s Office said that Russian troops had previously hit the civilian infrastructure of the Odesa region with an “Iskander-M” ballistic missile. A two-story building, where employees of a private enterprise lived, and production facilities were destroyed.
As a result of the attack, four people died, including a 16-year-old girl, and nine others were injured.
