On the night of October 17, the Russian army once again shelled the Kherson region. One of the local medical institutions came under attack in Beryslav district.
As Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the local regional military administration, said, the therapeutic department was damaged, but there were no casualties.
“Windows and doors were broken in the premises. Diagnostic equipment was damaged,” he noted.
As you know, during the past day the Russians opened fire 32 times in the Kherson region.
The Russian army bombarded the region with mortars, tanks, artillery, and MSW, as well as using aviation and drones. Residential areas of cities, towns and villages were under fire from the enemy. No deaths or injuries were recorded as a result of the Russian aggression the day before.
It will be recalled that the day before the Operational Command “South” announced that the Russians had recently reduced the number of artillery fire on the right bank of the Kherson Region, instead the Russians had become more active in airstrikes and the use of guided aerial bombs. Only on October 15, the enemy dropped about 30 anti-aircraft missiles on the region.
