On April 23, Russian troops wounded five civilians in Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region. This is reported by the prosecutor’s office of the region: “According to the investigation, on April 23, 2024, Russian troops attacked the city of Kostiantynivka. Previously, the Russians used a UMPB D-30 SM guided aerial bomb against the civilian population,” the message reads. from the streets of the city, the driver and four passengers suffered injuries of varying severity. They were driving on the road at the time of the attack.

Police paramedics rescued the injured in Kostyantynivka, the police of the Donetsk region emphasize.

They said that the Russians launched an airstrike in the city center at approximately 9:34 am.

“In the first minutes after the shelling, police officers arrived to help people. Three women aged 51 and 55 and two men aged 57 and 70 were injured. Paramedics provided medical aid to the injured and evacuated them to the hospital,” the message reads.

As emphasized by the prosecutor’s office, as a result of the Russian air attack in Kostyantynivka, the facades of private houses, a car and power lines were damaged.
