On the afternoon of September 12, Russian troops carried out another intensive shelling of the village of Kozacha Lopan, Dergachiv community, Kharkiv district. Vyacheslav Zadorenko, the head of the Dergachiv city military administration, announced this.
“The Russians fired at least 14 strikes (preliminarily – with mortars) on private buildings and critical infrastructure. As a result of the shelling, more than 10 houses of local residents were damaged, civilian cars and power lines were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” Zadorenko noted.
Currently, there is no electricity in the village due to significant damage to the power grids. Specialists of “Kharkivoblenergo” and other emergency services are already working to restore light and eliminate the consequences of Russian terror.
In Kozachya Lopan, Kharkiv Region, a unit of the State Emergency Service came under a Russian attack.

As a result of the impact, the glazing of the windows and the service car of the fire and rescue station were damaged. There are no casualties among the rescuers. Private vehicles were also damaged.
The Russians covered an agricultural enterprise in the Kharkiv region with artillery
In the Kupyan district, the Russians fired at a local agricultural enterprise and destroyed equipment.

According to rescuers, on September 12 at 2:30 p.m., the Russians launched enemy fire on the village of Vilkhuvatka, Kupyan district. The territory of a local agricultural enterprise came under fire.
The rescue service department from Velikiy Burluk village was sent to the scene of the incident. By the time the firefighters arrived, the company’s harvester, as well as branches and firewood around the agricultural machinery, were engulfed in flames. At 4:30 p.m., the fire was extinguished.
After Russian shelling in Volchansk and the village of Kutkovka, houses caught fire
On September 11, fires occurred in the village of Kulkovka, Kupyansky district, as well as in Volchansk. In particular, early in the morning, during an artillery strike on the village of Kutkovka, an outbuilding and a hay barn on the territory of a private household caught fire. 7 fighters from fire and rescue unit No. 44 were sent to the scene of the incident as part of the first operational department. The fire was completely extinguished at 9:15 am. Also on the same day, literally a few hours later, the invaders shelled the city of Volchansk in the Chuguevsky district.
After a shell hit, a private house caught fire. Rescuers extinguished a fire on an area of 100 square meters, literally under fire.
Fortunately, there were no civilians killed or injured in either case.
