The Russians committed another war crime in Sumy Region

Another Russian war crime is being investigated under the procedural leadership of the Sumy District Prosecutor’s Office.

The Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office reports: on October 30, around 10:00 a.m., Russian troops launched an airstrike on the civilian infrastructure of the Khotyn community of the Sumy district. According to preliminary data, the Russians used a guided aerial bomb.

Investigators of the Sumy District Police Department will document all the circumstances of the crime. Information about the event has been entered into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations pursuant to Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder).
