The Russians destroyed a more than 100-year-old college in Kharkiv with drones

In Kharkiv, among the damaged and destroyed buildings and objects as a result of Russian strikes by Shahed-type kamikaze drones on the night of November 3, is the College of Transport Technologies in Moskalivka, built in 1915.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office and local mass media.

According to law enforcement officers, an educational institution in Kharkiv’s Osnovyan district was partially destroyed. In total, three Russian drones were targeted in this area of ​​the city, as a result of which garages, residential buildings and cars were also damaged.

The prosecutor’s office added that private homes, garages and cars were damaged due to the “arrival” of another Russian drone that fell in the Shevchenkiv district.

The prosecutor’s office published a photo of the destroyed century-old building of the College of Transport Technologies. Note that this is an active educational institution – it is a state higher educational institution of the 1st level of accreditation.

Due to the Russian attack, the 2nd and 3rd floors, the roof of the building were destroyed, the structural elements were on fire, all the windows were broken, and the structure was also badly damaged.

The building was built in 1915, but studies have been held here since 1953. Let’s add that the college was previously known as “Kharkiv Railway Transport Technical School”.
