The Russians dropped an aerial bomb on Vovchansk, there may be people under the rubble

The Russians attacked the city of Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. A two-story building was damaged, there may be people under the rubble. This was reported by the police of the Kharkiv region on March 13.

They said that around 3:00 p.m., the police received a report about shelling of the city. According to preliminary data, the Russians dropped an aerial bomb on the city.

An investigative and operative group, forensic experts and explosives technicians went to the place of the hit.

“According to the violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the message reads.

The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleg Synegubov said that there is currently no information about the victims.
