The Russians have damaged 1,455 medical facilities since the start of the full-scale invasion

The Russians damaged 1,455 medical facilities during the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. At the same time, another 190 institutions have been completely destroyed and need to be rebuilt from scratch.

This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.

He added that currently 411 medical facilities have been restored, and another 412 have been partially restored.

“We continue to work in an intensive mode, because every medical institution that resumes work is a saved human life,” the Prime Minister emphasized.

In addition, the Russians attacked more than 3,500 educational facilities, half of which were secondary schools. It was possible to rebuild more than 500 educational institutions.

“We are working on this together – the government, regional and local authorities, international partners, civil society,” Shmyhal emphasized.
