The Russians hit a residential building in the Kharkiv region with an aircraft

Russian troops shelled two villages in the Kupyan district of the Kharkiv region from aviation and anti-aircraft missiles.

This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the prosecutor’s office, on October 31, at approximately 1:40 p.m., Russians fired on the village of Kucherivka in the Kupyan district. There, as a result of shelling, a residential building caught fire.

Also, on October 31, Russian servicemen attacked the village of Kurylivka in the Kupyan district with an FAB-250 attack: an apartment building, private households and farm buildings were damaged.

As a result of the shelling, pre-trial investigations were initiated into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

On October 31, around 12:30 p.m., Russian troops launched another shelling on the private sector of Vovchansk. As a result of the impact of the projectiles, a residential building caught fire. The fire covered an area of ​​100 square meters.

Rescuers worked at the scene and extinguished the fire for three hours. Thanks to their efforts, it was possible to save the neighboring house. There were no casualties.

On the night of October 31, around 00:40 and 02:00, Russian troops attacked Vovchansk twice. In addition to the building of a private enterprise, a car was also damaged, and a private household and a garage were destroyed.
