Russian troops use the tactics of shelling rescuers, medics, policemen and energy workers in Ukraine. They attack the civilian population, destroy residential buildings, infrastructure, schools, hospitals, and libraries.

As a result of Russian attacks, several TPPs in Ukraine were destroyed, in particular, Zmiivsk near Kharkiv and Trypilsk in Kyiv region. Burshtynska TPP cannot be restored after enemy shelling.

In addition, the Russians attacked distribution networks in Ukraine. All this led to the fact that energy companies are forced to introduce restrictions.
