This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, and the head of the regional council, Mykola Lukashuk: “Deadly shells hit Nikopol and Marganets. There were no casualties. There is considerable destruction.”

In Nikopol, three lyceums were mutilated at once. The administrative building, two private enterprises and a shop were damaged.

In the city, 10 high-rise buildings and 11 private houses, farm buildings, and cars were broken into. Gas burners and power lines were damaged.

In Marhanka, 12 private houses, 10 commercial buildings, a gas pipeline and an electricity network were damaged. The car caught fire, rescuers extinguished the fire.
