The Russians hit Sumy with a guided aerial bomb: the city’s infrastructure was damaged

The Russian army hit Sumy with a guided aerial bomb. The attack was carried out in the afternoon of April 25 on the infrastructure of the city, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported: “On April 25, the Russians used the KAB, hitting the infrastructure of the city of Sumy. All necessary services are working on the spot. The consequences of the attack are being clarified.”

The regional military administration emphasized that the Russians continue to fight with the civilian population of Ukraine.

“Russian troops, disregarding the rules of war and international conventions, continue to commit crimes against the civilian population of Sumy region,” the Sumy regional military administration said.

At the same time, the department called on the citizens to be careful and not to ignore air warning signals.
