The spokeswoman of the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office, Anastasia Medvedeva, said that on September 4 at 2:48 p.m., the Russian army shelled the town of Kostiantynivka with barrel artillery.

According to her, the projectile hit the territory of the local market. A 67-year-old woman was injured there. According to the spokeswoman of the prosecutor’s office, she was diagnosed with a cut wound and a contusion.

Trade facilities were damaged, Medvedeva added.
